Short answer: three cheap Cosy periods every day, 04:00 to 07:00, 13:00 to 16:00 and 22:00 to midnight, and a peak from 16:00 to 19:00. The rest of the day is the day rate.

Cheap: 04:00–07:00 · 13:00–16:00 · 22:00–00:00
Peak: 16:00–19:00
Day rate: All other times

Octopus sets the cheap periods well below the day rate and the peak well above it, and the rates apply to everything in the home, not just the heat pump. Exact prices depend on your region. Octopus says to trust the times on your bill rather than your in-home display, which can get confused by the clocks changing.

The 13:00 to 16:00 period is the useful one: it sits right before the peak, so you can warm the house and heat the tank, then coast through the evening.
